Chef Joe has been a valuable part of the Chophouse team for eight years. Beginning at the age of 14 he has proved himself time and time again working up from a dishwasher to being the Executive Chef of our restaurant. Highly practiced in Classic American Cuisine, he brings a joyful and warm atmosphere to our new team. Born a Texan he has found new love and inspiration in everything Colorado has to offer, including his new wife and two beautiful daughters. Chef took residence in Avon looking forward to the many spectacular seasons to come at the Vail Chophouse from Surf to Turf to our amazing live entertainment. The Chophouse truly has it all!
