Owners Stephen and Elisabetta Virion opened La Bottega in November of 1997, and have since given the restaurant a series of expansions and redesigns to create the Tuscan-inspired space it is today. The warm yet refined setting is complete with rustic stone columns, imported wood flooring and intricate Italian tiles.
Stephen has spent his life cooking around the world, from New York, Delaware and Chicago to Zurich, Vienna and Paris. Elisabetta is from Asiago, Italy, of a family rich with culinary heritage. Elisabetta’s time spent working in the Italian wine industry, paired with Stephen’s international chef talent, have embedded an authentic culture of European cuisine and hospitality into La Bottega.
Come in to “Celebrando La Vita!” as Stephen and Elisabetta would say — a lovely phrase in Italian that means, “Celebrate Life!”
